Before working with Stafford Consulting & Bookkeeping, the Frisco Garden Club was tracking our income and expenses primarily through an Excel spreadsheet. We had very limited reporting tools and no easy way to see how we were doing compared to our budget. Because our club operates through many different projects and activities, especially our annual Wildflower Luncheon fundraiser, it was difficult to get a clear picture of the financial results of each area.

What I appreciate most is Lisa’s knowledge, patience, and willingness to help us understand our financial information. She took the time to understand how the Frisco Garden Club operates rather than simply putting numbers into a system.

The biggest improvement has been having reliable reports that show us where we stand financially rather than trying to piece everything together from a spreadsheet. It has saved us time, reduced the stress of managing the finances, and given our Executive Board and Members much greater confidence in our financial reporting.
